George Barry

George Barry joined Foss and Company in 1985 as a Registered Investment Advisor to provide investment advice to high net worth individuals. He received a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a JD from San Francisco Law School in 1983.

Since 1989 mr. Barry has dedicated his practice to assisting institutional clients in the structuring and implementation of tax management and earnings enhanced strategies. These strategies have primarily involved the utilization of tax credits authorized under the Internal Revenue Code Section 42 (Affordable Housing) and Section 47 (Historic Rehabilitation).
